These terms describe how Puhastuskeskus provides dry-cleaning services for carpets and other textiles.
1. Services
We provide cleaning services for carpets (wool, silk, synthetic, viscose), upholstered furniture, hides and furs.
2. Order & payment
Orders are placed via the website form, phone, or email. The final price is confirmed after factory diagnostics. Payment — after carpet return in cash, by card, or bank transfer.
3. Timing
Standard cleaning time is 4–7 business days. In the Premium package — 2–3 days. Exact timing is agreed individually.
4. Warranty
We guarantee the carpet's color, shape, and structure. For defects caused by our fault — compensation at market value.
5. Cancellation
The order can be cancelled before pickup. After cleaning starts, cancellation is not possible, but we refund unused services.
6. Applicable law
The contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts.
