How long does carpet cleaning take?
Usually 4–7 business days from pick-up. Thin synthetic carpets are faster, large wool or silk ones take longer — we will give an exact date after factory diagnostics.
How much does carpet cleaning cost per m²?
The price depends on the carpet type: wool and synthetic from €9.50/m², viscose and handmade from €12/m², silk and hides/furs from €25/m². Calculate the exact price with our online calculator.
How does carpet pick-up and delivery work?
Within Tallinn, courier pick-up and return is €15. In Harjumaa — €20, rest of Estonia — by agreement. You can also bring the carpet to our factory yourself (Tulika 9/11, Tallinn).
Is it safe for children and allergy sufferers?
Yes. We use pH-neutral agents without chlorine or ammonia. After cleaning — antibacterial and antistatic treatment. The carpet can be placed back in a child's room immediately after delivery.
What if the carpet loses its color or shape?
Before cleaning we test colorfastness on a hidden spot. If there is a risk — we warn in advance. A carpet damaged through our fault is compensated at market value.
How to identify the carpet type?
There is usually a sticker on the back. You do not need to know in advance — our specialist will examine the material, pile and backing on pick-up and choose a program. If the type affects the price — we will agree before cleaning starts.
